Dutch Total Soccer Goalkeeping Academy has developed a course system in which goalkeepers progress to meet certain standards. The system is set up for players who are committed to the position of goalkeeper full time. Within the Dutch Total Soccer philosophy we believe that the goalkeeper position requires very specialized training. The program is set up in 3 stages, to ensure competitive training and to make sure goalkeepers reach their full potential; a goalkeeper can move up after he/she passes a course or at the discretion of our DTS GK Academy staff members.
*Class levels may be combined during select sessions, see schedule below for details on each class.
Green Level – Players will learn the fundamentals of the Goalkeeping position such as: Catching, throwing, rolling, falling, jumping, timing & communication. (All Ages)
Orange Level – The curriculum will incorporate positioning, diving, agility & conditioning training, field preparation & set plays. The class will feature “game like” situations to improve players understanding of the position. (Ages 11-14)
Black Level – The class will consist of high intensity positioning drills, game like situations & 1 versus 1 plays. (Ages 13-16 – Premier Level Class)

*Make sure to register for all classes online in advance. Players will have an additional fee of $20 charged for walk in registrations on the day classes begin. Please do not walk in to register for classes that are indicated as sold out.
